Mandeville Junior High School is an outstanding public school for students in the seventh and eighth grades. It is an honor and a pleasure to work with dedicated, professional teachers and staff. We have excellent parental support. Our PTA is very active and is an important part of our success. Our teachers and administration support students in a variety of ways in order to facilitate learning. We believe in meeting individual student needs and differentiating instruction to meet a variety of learning styles.
Although we believe in holding students accountable for their own learning and behavior, we understand that junior high students are still learning how to learn and learning what behaviors are acceptable. We pledge to provide the instruction and tools necessary for all students to do school activities and enjoy their junior high years.
We believe in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) and we have adopted the Fish Philosophy which creates a school environment and includes the following elements:
Choose Your Attitude
Make Someone's Day

I am proud to be a Patriot! It is such a privilege to work at an outstanding school with awesome students, parents, faculty and staff. Each one of us is an essential piece to the puzzle. We need to work together in molding our students to be independent, accountable, and responsible young people. The goal is not only to prepare them for high school, but to create life-long learners in a global community.
Our environment is conducive to academics, enrichments, and athletics. Our PBIS and FISH philosophies are built-in successful educational supports for all students. We highly recommend each student to find a club, activity, or sport to be involved with throughout their junior high years. I ENCOURAGE EACH STUDENT TO BE PATRIOT PROUD!
